Cody Julian

For Cody Julian, who is a fourth-generation Austinite, real estate isn’t simply a career but a true labor of love that might be described as serendipity at work. After a highly successful 10-year career in technology marketing at Google and WeWork, Cody was motivated by a long-time desire to merge his passions in real estate, design, and exceptional service. He took a leap and joined Compass where he initially worked to directly support over 300 real estate agents' marketing efforts before launching his own real estate career.

Whether he is working with buyers or sellers, Cody’s commitment to his clients, love for his profession, and his deep understanding of Austin’s many neighborhoods have given him an edge in a highly competitive market.

As a lover of nature and live music, Cody is an avid supporter of local and regional community organizations including Health Alliance for Austin Musicians, The Hill Country Alliance, Big Bend Conservation Alliance, and The Trail Foundation, where he is a founding board member.

As an almost lifelong Austinite, Cody has lived in every corner of town but currently resides in Northwest Hills with his husband and their rescue dog, Bagel. When he’s not helping clients, you can find him on the Hike and Bike Trail, relaxing along the Texas Coast, or exploring Austin's ever-changing food and live music scene.
