Cody Martin

Cody was born and raised in Powhatan, Virginia After graduating from U.S. Coast Guard boot camp, Cody got lucky enough to have beautiful Tampa bay as his first duty station. After 3 years living in the Tampa area he fell in love and knew he wanted to make it his permanent home. While serving in the military, he enjoyed the moving aspects of the job and starting new beginnings, which made him grow a passion for real estate. Cody believes that your home is your sanctuary, and should be treated as such.
