About Cody

Cody Wimpee, southern born and raised from Montgomery, Alabama to be exact. I’ve been visiting the panhandle of Florida my entire life and have traveled all across the United States to explore a variety of lifestyles.

After graduating high school I decided to venture out of state and attend USCB in Hilton Head, South Carolina to pursue a career in golf. Following college, I applied and accepted a job along 30A at Camp Creek Golf Club as the assistant golf professional. From there, I was fortunate to surround myself with successful and knowledgeable people on a daily basis which presented an opportunity to become a real estate agent for one of the most prestigious companies today.

I never knew where I would end up at this point in life but have aways dream’t of living the 30A lifestyle and now I’m helping others find their very own piece of 30A.
