Before relocating to the Seacoast, I spent years working in San Francisco’s competitive real estate market. That experience continues to shape how I think about pricing, preparation, timing, and negotiation, particularly for clients relocating from larger metro areas.

My approach is calm, direct, and practical. I focus on helping clients make informed decisions early, so transactions stay controlled and predictable rather than stressful or reactive.

Earlier in my career, I worked in legal and compliance roles at major asset management firms, which sharpened my attention to detail and negotiation skills, especially when reviewing disclosures, structuring contracts, and navigating complex transactions.

Today, I work primarily in residential real estate, with experience handling select small commercial and hospitality properties when the opportunity is the right fit.
