Our family met Colby when he showed a home listed on Zillow...it was totally random. However, after spending 20 minutes with him, it became clear he was the realtor we wanted to work with in pursuit of a second home. We have worked with a number of realtors over the years, but it had been almost 20 years since actually purchasing a home and clearly the market had changed! Colby helped us navigate this new territory and made what could have been a frustrating process one of pleasure. First, he really listened and "got" what it was we needed. He then provided multiple options and after about 3 weeks delivered "the one!" Because the purchase was an investment, the bank requirements were never-ending, but he was listed as our agent so he was copied on the barrage of emails and as a result kept the process on-track. Colby was always professional, positive, and pro-active. We closed on the home and soon found we were missing our teammate's daily contact as he'd become part of the family by that point.Colby deserves more than 5 stars!

Colby’s calm presence, thoughtful suggestions, and timely professionalism gave us the confidence we needed to tackle finding and buying a home in an extremely competitive market. He made himself readily available to show us a variety of houses in our price range and would actively evaluate the houses with us, pointing out key features or red flags and tactfully offering informed insights and considerations. Colby was the most helpful agent we have ever worked with! He worked around our schedule (which was crazy) and gave honest opinions about the market, the houses, and getting the most bang for our buck. He took care of my family during a crazy time of our life and I cant thank him enough for that. He found us a home that we couldn't be happier with.
