Cole has grown up on the Pinellas beaches in the real estate business. As the son of a local real estate broker and a residential contractor, Cole learned the ins and outs of the industry along with the features and improvements that provide a great return on investment. As a teen he worked at a local beach bakery which offered him a great opportunity to get to know locals and visitors alike. With a love for the beaches and surrounding area Cole offers a unique insight on the sometimes overlooked gems specific to our many unique neighborhoods important to those who relocate to this area from so many places around the globe every year. Cole experienced first hand the Pinellas education system and while within it assisted his high school magnet program to expand and enrich it's offerings finally graduating class president.
