Coleen Wright

I began my Real Estate career in 2000 after leaving the corporate world. I am married to a builder/General Contractor and we have 4 kids; 6th grade, 9th grade, recent College of Charleston graduate and a recent graduate from UNCW. We are a gymnastics, football and dance family currently but have enjoyed many sports and programs over the years. We have lived in the Lake Norman area since 1984. The majority of my career has been working with people relocating and retirees new to our area. My focus has been new home/new construction segment, helping buyers find and/or build their dream homes. I also work as a first time buyers specialist, waterfront homes specialist, downsizing specialist and worked with investors and lots of local sellers. I have extensive construction knowledge, energy efficiency & product knowledge and vast area knowledge as well as Real Estate process knowledge that I would love to share with you to make your move the best it can be.
