Colette Bunch is an Associate Broker at the Walt Danley Christie’s International Real Estate North Scottsdale office. She has held a real estate license for 30 years and specializes in private golf communities in North Scottsdale including Desert Mountain, Troon, and Ancala.
Prior to joining Walt Danley Realty, Colette made her mark in the private golf country club segment. For two decades, Colette led the membership and sales of high-end luxury private golf country club communities. World-renowned communities she represented include the esteemed Desert Mountain Golf & County Club, situated on 8,000 acres including six Jack Nicklaus.
Signature 18-hole golf courses, The Phoenix Country Club, the oldest and one of the most revered clubs in Arizona located in the heart of Phoenix, and, most recently, Ancala Country Club in Scottsdale, popular for its 18-hole Pete Dye design championship golf course. Colette has built and forged relationships with luxury real estate agents from across the Valley over the years, and even hosted the prestigious monthly Luxury Home Tour during her tenure at Ancala Country Club, the very club for which she sold out through her strategic and innovative marketing and sales tactics. In addition to playing a pivotal role in the membership sales of Ancala, Colette is also credited for shifting The Phoenix Country Club’s membership position in the past decade, and for starting up Desert Mountain’s original membership sales department. Prior to her luxury golf country club niche, Colette owned a special event production, marketing and management consulting company that serviced clients ranging from the Arizona Restaurant and Hospitality Association to American Airlines. She also held positions as vice president and designated broker for Phoenix-area property management companies.
For 30 years, Colette has held an Arizona Brokers license. Ultimately, working alongside top-producing agents and their homebuyers at private golf country club communities inspired her to segue into a dedicated career in luxury residential real estate. After a long 20-year personal history with Walt Danley and the firm’s CFO Chuck Wasson, it was a natural fit and perfect timing for Colette to join the team in the North Scottsdale office. Colette and her husband, Zack, have a son and daughter-in-law who live in Austin, and a son and daughter-in-law who live close by in the Phoenix neighborhood of Arcadia. As a personal hobby– would not you guess it – Colette and Zack love to golf.
