Working with Colia was nothing short of a pleasure. She was professional, timely, and really brought a great vibe to the home buying experience. Being my first home purchase, she made it very easy for me and was always ready with an answer to my MANY questions. She's not only a great realtor, but a great person and I highly recommend working with her.

I would give Colia more than 5 stars if I could because she was that amazing! When my husband and I were searching for properties we received lots of text messages from Realtors but Colia was the only one who picked up the phone and called us which is why I decided to work with her. During the process of house hunting Colia made it fun and was really attentive to what my husband and I were looking for in a home. I have worked with Realtors in the past that made it obvious they only care about their commission check so I enjoyed that Colia was very professional, honest, knowledgeable, had a network of connections available for every step of the process, an engaging personality that made time fly, her interest in the architecture of homes helped me envision if I can picture myself living in each home we walked through, and most importantly for me she was not pushy and actually cared about my "must have" list in a home. Colia was always responsive and maintained communication throughout the entire process so I never had to wonder about anything and she was able to answer the long list of questions I had. To all of our surprise, we only house hunted for a month or so before we found a home that fit every criteria I had which I believe was largely due to Colia's attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile for us. Even after we purchased our home Colia stopped by a couple months later to check in on how we were settling in our new home and dropped off a Holiday gift for us which was nice! I mention all of this to say I would highly recommend working with Colia if you are ready to buy/sell your home! She will be the first person I call when I am ready to buy my next house!

She took care of everything that's technical about the transaction and kept us updated on its progress. She was very professional and polite. We definitely recommend to have her in your team, may it be an acquisition or sale of a property.

I made the decision to buy a home late September 2020. I reached out to Colia and she immediately connected me with a lender. We searched high and low for the perfect home for me. We worked as a team the entire time. I let Colia know that I wanted to work openly and candidly.. she took note and went straight to work. I closed on my house just a few months later. Colia made my home buying process as seamless as she possibly could and completely stress free. If there was ANYTHING she could do for me, she did.. especially behind the scenes. Colia fought hard to get me into my home (I had no idea what she was up against until I was on record with keys in hand). She did an amazing job advocating for me, and keeping a positive attitude with/for me! I chose Colia as my agent because she understood what I was looking for, never made me feel like I was asking for too much, and made sure I never forgot that I deserved exactly what I said I wanted. I couldn’t have found a better Agent, or person to work with honestly. Colia is extremely professional, supportive, and dedicated. I’ve already referred several friends to her.
