I chose Colin to list my house this year. He was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process. He listed my house in May and we were under contract in 6 days, above asking price! Colin is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. Highly recommended!

As anyone who was buying or selling a home this year knows, the market was crazy. Houses were selling the day they were listed, if not before. This was no challenge for Colin. ANYTIME there was a house we wanted to see Colin moved fast, he even went on his own to some showings that we couldn’t make and recorded from the pull up out front to the drive off. He was an excellent negotiator and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, from making the offer, to working with the mortgage broker.
Colin is not only a fantastic realtor, he was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us our dream home that fit right in our price range! On top of all that, He was easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times.
Colin and his team are amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home, you won’t regret it.
