Colin went above and beyond to make the sale of our condo in Berkeley run smoothly and with very low stress. He made the whole process pleasant and took great pride in his work. Everything he said would happen, did -- turning things around in record time (for example, painting and staging happened within one week) -- and predicting how the sale would go precisely. He has a clear love for people and passion for real estate. We cannot recommend him enough!!!

We went through quite a few disappointments, as to be expected with house hunting, but Colin was incredibly patient with us through out the entire process. Colin helped sell our house in West Oakland. He was insightful, intuitive and able to recommend a strategic timeframe to list iur hone yo get the maximum value out of our sale. At the time we were living out of state and naturally worried about the entire process. However Colin kept us updated every step of the way.
Colin is not like other brokers that view you as a transaction or business opportunity. He views each of his clients as unique people and goes above and beyond for the extra human touch. He really cares about his clients. He has certainly set the bar quite high and we have not been able to meet any other brokers that come close to the experience he has given us. We couldnt recommend a better broker to work with in the Bay Area.

Colin is amazing at what he does. He helped me buy my first home, in an extremely competitive market in which I was almost priced out (in Oakland), and I'm very happy with the home. He's patient, positive, kind, responsive, and really wise. He used so many different strategies to help me get a home, including timing and negotiation. The home fits nearly all my criteria, including location, which was a huge deal for me. He answered every one of my questions (and I had a lot) and truly went over and above for me. Working with Colin put me at ease during the most stressful times in the process of buying my first home. I'm so grateful to have met him and would recommend him to anyone. He's top notch.
