I met Colin as a Tenant Representative when he had listed a home for rent. He is one the most patient, professional, and caring Realtors in the area. It was a pleasure working with him.

Here’s a polished version of your Google review:

We met Colin three years ago when my husband and I were searching for a townhouse in the DC metro area while living overseas. We connected with Colin through Zillow, even though he hadn’t met us in person and wasn’t sure if we were serious buyers.

Despite the uncertainty, Colin was incredibly patient. He arranged multiple property viewings for us, even accommodating early morning visits.

When we finally met him in the U.S., I asked, ‘Why did you spend so much time when you weren’t sure we would buy?’ Colin’s response was simple but powerful: ‘Because I knew you needed help, and I wanted to help.’

Colin has earned more than just our business—he has our trust. And yes, we did buy a townhouse through him remotely. We love our home. Thank you, Colin, for your dedication and support!

Colin was professional and extremely informative in helping us find a place to rent in the Arlington area. His knowledge of the schools and neighborhoods made searching much easier and I know we found the right place for me and my family.
