Colin Johnson

Colin Johnson is a licensed real estate Broker in DC, MD, and VA. He has held various executive positions with the State Realtor Association and served as the President of DCAR (DC Association of Realtors). Colin also possesses the National Association of Realtors GREEN designation, which recognizes his expertise in sustainable buildings.

Since 2006, Colin has been licensed and has worked with Buyers, Sellers, Investors, and Developers. Over the past 5 years, he has consistently achieved multi-million dollars’ worth of sales annually. His client base includes law firms dealing with complex Estates, Tenants, or Valuation issues, as well as first-time homebuyers seeking experienced assistance in today’s competitive market. Furthermore, Colin has represented commercial and investment-focused clients who rely on his knowledge of zoning laws and valuations to negotiate property structures for properties smaller than 10K SF.

Colin earned his MBA from George Washington University, specializing in Real Estate Finance and Marketing. He completed his undergraduate studies at Miami University of Ohio and grew up in Chicago. Relocating to the DC area in 2003, Colin currently resides in the Capitol Hill neighborhood with his wife and two sons in a historic home. During his free time, he enjoys biking along the area's numerous nature trails, exploring new and upcoming food establishments, and embarking on new adventures with his family throughout the region.
