Colin Wellman

Colin Wellman is truly an all-around entrepreneur plus business owner, having been actively involved with the startup and management of three local companies. His sense of loyalty, commitment to detail, and integrity have always been the pillars upon which Colin builds entrepreneurial endeavors and professional relationships.

A native of Pacific Palisades, Colin was a talented athlete growing up. He was City MVP for varsity volleyball at Palisades High School, after which he went on to graduate from Pepperdine in 1997 as the captain of the NCAA Pepperdine Men’s Volleyball Team. After finishing college, he spent several years on the AVP professional beach volleyball tour as well as the international tour in Europe. The leadership and teamwork skills he developed while involved in sports became the foundation of his entrepreneurial mentality and mindset.

Colin is capable of working with investors, sellers, and buyers alike. He is an expert negotiator, and he has a thorough knowledge of the different real estate submarkets in and around Los Angeles.

Colin is married with three kids and, when he’s not busy helping his clients with their real estate needs, an avid golfer enjoys spending time on the links.
