Outside of being a real estate broker and business owner, Colleen has 28 years of experience in the corporate business world having negotiated complex deals and structured multimillion dollar contracts for many Fortune 500 companies in the IT industry. Acknowledged for her business acumen, integrity, skilled negotiating, and work ethic, Colleen¹s traits are a natural fit for the competitive real estate market. She is committed to leveraging her years of professional sales experience to help people buy and sell property, fulfill their real estate goals and dreams, and deliver the lifestyle they desire.
Colleen graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications. She received a golf scholarship and was the team captain of her college golf team. Eventually, Colleen relocated from Cincinnati, Ohio to Tampa, Florida where she met her husband. She has been happily married for 20 years. Colleen and her family live in Westchase which is an area of expertise for her.
Always passionate about real estate, Colleen earned her real estate sales agent license in 2003. After 10 years of experience working for Keller Williams Properties in Tampa, Colleen decided to earn her broker¹s license and create Causey Realty, Inc. in 2013. This is where the slogan, “TRUST. LOYALTY. RESULTS.” was born because these are the words Colleen is committed to providing to her clients.
