Colleen Gustavson

A full-time Realtor in Loudoun County for over 15 years, Colleen McGovern Gustavson is dedicated to helping her clients buy and sell properties utilizing her expert knowledge of the area’s residential and commercial real estate markets to produce successful outcomes.

Colleen was born and raised in Leesburg, and as a proud native of Loudoun, she loves introducing newcomers to the area’s rich heritage, natural beauty, and sense of community. Colleen is a yearly winner of the TOP PRODUCER sales award from her local Realtor Association, has been voted Loudoun’s favorite Realtor by Loudoun Now and holds numerous record-breaking sales for properties in Loudoun County – most recently sale in 2018 of the notable Villa on Paris Mountain which had been listed for sale continuously for 12 years prior by other agents.

Working with a full range of clients in all price brackets, from first-time home buyers looking for their perfect townhouse to sellers listing luxury estate properties, Colleen employs her detailed skills in marketing and negotiating, along with her hard-to-miss positive attitude, as she shepherds every transaction toward a favorable outcome.

A graduate of the College of William and Mary, Colleen holds an additional degree from Paul Valery University in Montpelier, France, and taught English in Tokyo, Japan, during the late 1990s.Prior to her career in real estate, Colleen worked in sales, marketing, and management for Dean & DeLuca in Washington, D.C.

Outside of real estate, Colleen enjoys tennis, cooking, gardening, and jogging with her family’s energetic golden retriever, and she is an active member of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church in Purcellville, Virginia — but her greatest joy in life comes from spending time with her three young children: Finn, Declan, and Britta and fiancé, Jason Brownell.
