Colleen has been our realtor for over 9 years. She always goes above and beyond to ensure the process is smooth and as stress free as possible. I would not have anyone else help my family and I buy or sell a home. Colleen's team is equally as strong and has the same commitment to the quality of service as she does. Plus they are really great people to just have in your life, even when your not looking for anything. You would be doing yourself a disservice by not having Collen and her team taking care of your real estate needs.

We were moving to Norfolk from out of state and Colleen was absolutely wonderful. Flexible with our schedule and really listened to what we liked and wanted in a home. She was frank and straightforward, always advocating for us as buyers. Her network of contractors and experts has been incredibly helpful and she knows how to match clients with different people--we ask a lot of questions and want all the details! Throughout the home buying process she was communicative and we always knew what was going on.

Colleen was my realtor for my first home-buying experience back in 2016, and I absolutely loved her service! She was extremely knowledgeable, and also easy to work with. She communicated well and made sure I understood the whole process as I was going through it for the first time. It is also worth noting how flexible she was. I work a fairly time-consuming job in the Navy and often have to work odd hours, and she was always as accommodating as possible with my schedule. I have since referred her for several of my friends to use as their realtor and I will absolutely continue to do so. She is the best!

We should have called Colleen first! After trying to sell our house with a not-as-well-known realtor for six months, Colleen jumped all in! She did exactly what she said she would do and delivered - suggesting easy improvements and getting gorgeous staging in less than two weeks to get it back on the market and open houses scheduled. Within twelve days we had multiple contracts with offers above asking with seamless closing. Colleen's responsiveness and constant communications lead to a seamless selling experience. My house was a disaster. It was so bad, I didn’t want to deal with it, and just sell as is. For S&Gs I figured I’d meet with some brokers to see what they say. My butt was so chapped from all the kissing, except for Colleen. She barely made eye contact with me at first, totally focused on the house. She immediately asked me questions and listened intently. She, also, immediately started telling me what needed to be done, things I didn’t even think of. I needed the costs for fixings to be as low as possible. My personal estimate, not Colleen’s (which was much lower), was double what it ended up being. I moved out so the house could be hauled over. Colleen called and texted with me every day, keeping me posted on every step. I have never known a broker to work so hard. She was always honest and blunt, never wishy washy. She ended up making me a lot more money than anticipated. I moved out of state, but will keep on trying to get to move where I am, so she can help me with my next house.💜
