Colleen made selling my parents condo easy and we got a good price! Colleen did such a great job as our buyers agent last year that she was my immediate go to when the time came this year for me to sell my parents' condo.
Surprise! Selling is actually a lot different than buying, but again, Colleen's deep experience and attention to detail made the whole experience a breeze. She excelled at all the usual things a listing agent does from market intelligence to pricing to marketing. But beyond all those usual things, at every turn, she "went the extra mile" to make the selling process easy and convenient. As a seller, I was responsible for providing reams of documentation about the condo and details about the HOA--Colleen scrounged all the information, making multiple trips to the association office to handle all the details. Her steady hand guided us through an unexpectedly difficult Inspection Resolution process--she arranged for electricians and handymen to solve the problems and even met them at the property, saving me hours of time.
I do also want to mention that Colleen readily reached out to other folks at her firm for additional insights, for example the unique market constraints selling in a 55+ community--she wisely leverages all the resources at her disposal.
Most importantly though I can't emphasize enough how trustworthy Colleen is--it was easy to establish trust with her and work with her in a high-trust-manner. I always knew she was putting my interests as a seller first! Having worked with other sales agents through the years I know first-hand they don't all work that way.
In short, Colleen is a terrific sellers agent!

I have to give a huge shoutout to Colleen Sophia. If you want a realtor who will work hard for you, she is the one!! She is amazing! Seriously, I don't know many people who will help clean, shovel, bring boxes, check everything out for their clients and work harder than her. She is incredible and really takes customer service to heart. If you are looking to buy or sell she will do amazing things for you!!

My realtor, Colleen Sophia, was instrumental in getting my house sold this year while I was going through a horrible divorce. She was there by my side throughout the entire process and took care of all the details. She went above and beyond every single day that the house was on the market, she helped me pack and move out the house, and took care of every detail during the days following the sale and move out to be sure all transactions were complete and the transition went smoothly. Best Experience Ever! We have bought and sold many properties and have used many realtors and Colleen is by far the best we have ever had. Colleen was there for us every step of the way going above and beyond at every turn. Any time we had a question or need she was there to answer and provide solutions. She is very well connected and has a vast referral network. Selling a home is normally a very stressful process but Colleen works extremely hard to take all the worries away. I'm sure Colleen had other clients she was working with at the same time, but she made us feel like we were her only clients. Colleen is a true professional and its obvious she loves what she does. We won't hesitate to recommend Colleen to anyone we hear who needs a Realtor.
