I found a home I was interested in making an offer on and Colleen Wadman's name was on the sidebar of the website suggesting local agents. First I called the agent who actually had the listing and did not receive a callback. Then I called Colleen next. Within 3 hours she had the paperwork done and the offer was made. Also, using her expertise of the market she helped me decide on the amount of the offer. This property got a LOT of offers but ours was accepted by a margin of only $200! Colleen knows real estate! She held our hands, answered our questions and returned EVERY call promptly. Absolutely the greatest Real Estate Agent I have ever worked with. She treated us like a friend, not a number. We were just looking at the market to get an idea on what to expect going into purchasing a house. Colleen was on a few houses that I liked and I decided to sign up for her email notification like any other realtor site. I immediately received tips from her via email on going into the home buying process instead of getting homes bases on my query at her site. I was thrilled with this because it showed that she really cared about getting someone in a home and making sure they are readily prepared to go into the process. This is what moved me to call her when ready and talk about starting this process of buying a house. After talking it through with my husband we then contacted and met with Colleen. Colleen exceeded all of our expectations of a realtor, SHE REALLY CARES!! She is NOT just trying to put you in a home to get commission. Colleen pays attention in close detail to all of your wants and needs in a house and matches you perfectly. We couldn't have asked for a better first time home buyers experience.
