When my wife and I decided to make the cross-country move from Arizona to Midland, Michigan we were nervous, to say the least. We were making the move for a new employment opportunity but did not know a single thing about the area we were moving to. After discussing this with a few acquaintances at our new job, they pointed us toward Collette Smith for our real estate needs. We had to put all our trust into Collette to be our eyes and ears while house hunting as the best we could do were virtual tours over Facetime before making our purchase. Collette treated us as if we were a part of her family and ensured we did not purchase a home in an area she would not let her children live. Should you choose to allow Collette to find you the home of your dreams, as she did for us, and I highly recommend that you do, you will not be disappointed. She will go above and beyond for you and your family, she will make you feel well taken care of and safe in your purchase, and when it comes time to close, and oh boy will you be closing on a house, she will go to bat for you every step of the way. We could not be happier with our decision to choose Collette Smith as our realtor, and I promise you will feel the same way.
