Colt Siler

Colt Siler joined the ORION Investment Real Estate Team as a Senior Associate. Colt teams up with business partner Garrett Hemeyer, where they provide pinnacle quality service in the sales of multifamily and land assets within the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan area.

Colt’s strong finance background allows him to offer impeccable support to his clients through detailed financial projections and creative acquisition strategies. Beginning his Real Estate career at City to City Commercial, Colt built a strong foundation in land sales. Here he served clients throughout the entitlement and development process before expanding his focus towards the existing asset side of investment sales.

Colt was born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business in 2021 with his bachelor’s degree in Finance. Throughout his college career he was involved in different Honors Societies such as Phi Theta Kappa and National Society for Collegiate Scholars. Colt is no stranger to sweat equity and working hard with great attention to detail. This derives from years of automotive related specialties, ranging from detailing, paint and bodywork, as well as building high-performance race engines. When he isn’t drumming up his next Real Estate deal, you can find Colt following his other passion in a garage restoring one of his many project cars. He is the president of the Arizona Mercedes-AMG club where he manages and plans car events for over 500 members statewide. Colt currently resides in Scottsdale with his girlfriend and golden retriever.
