Colton Reimer is an Associate with Capital Markets, Investment Properties, partnering with Jeff Wood in the Denver office. Together, they specialize in office investments and owner-user building sales up to and including $25 million, primarily serving private capital groups and investors. Colton brings a strong foundation in financial analysis, strategic advisory, and transaction execution to the team, supporting clients through every stage of the investment lifecycle.
Prior to his current role, Colton worked with CBRE’s Public Institutions and Education Solutions (PIES) team, advising municipalities, airports, and mission-driven organizations on complex real estate strategies. His experience includes ground leases, portfolio optimization, and development advisory for public sector clients across the Mountain and Northwest regions. Colton also supported CBRE’s private equity advisory services, contributing to valuation, underwriting, and market positioning for institutional-grade assets.
Before joining CBRE, he gained hands-on experience in hospitality development and management, as well as residential real estate development, giving him a well-rounded perspective on both operational and investment-driven real estate.
