Connie is a long-term Colorado resident, and most of her adult life has been spent in Boulder County, with the first 11 in Boulder. She and her husband bought a small farm on the edge of Longmont and Niwot when they got married, and they raised 2 great kids there, in addition to multiple livestock, poultry, and horses! Her kids went to private, charter, and public schools, which gives her great insight to assist others with the local education system. After closing her Project Management Company in the Commercial real estate world in 2003, sge embarked on her residential Realtor career.
She has a type-A personality and is a "go-getter." Connie has been a top producer for the past 11 years. She is the Realtor for Boulder County's acquisitions and disposals for small acreage properties combined with her own small farm experience and in-depth education series on local fencing, grazing laws, water rights, and mineral rights. She understands all that is involved when selling small acreage properties and the value of it. She recently sold the farm and moved to a different part of town (on the golf course!) and understands that as life changes so do our housing needs.
Today Connie is proud of her long-term relationships with clients who continue to refer her to their family members and friends. She is very involved in her local, Post 32, American Legion and with the local County fair. She is currently studying to best represent veterans and aging population by learning in-depth about VA loans, reverse mortgages, housing options and more.
