Our story began in Hampton Roads some years ago and encompasses Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Moyock and the Outer Banks. The area is “home” to us. We, were brought together, for a special season, the rest of our lives that has led us to take part in the evolving real estate industry.
We consider our business model a “Teamerage” where we work as a team as we develop our community while our team members still experience autonomy. Connie, as CEO, considers herself the Chief Experience Officer while Steve, our retired Navy Chief Petty Officer serves all as our Operations Officer and Trainer. Connie was the 2023 President of our local REALTORS ® Association and Steve currently serves on the MLS and Professional Standards boards. Did I mention we love selling real estate?
Our team is Client centered, results focused, provides value, and strives for excellence not perfection. We have a hyper-local culture, but take great pride in assisting our servicemembers and their families relocating from across the globe. The “new” post- Covid way of doing business is just one more added value that we have mastered.
We raise alpacas and chickens on our little farm called SinneWier Farm and Vineyard, located in Moyock NC. We enjoy taking care of our land, gardening, bonfires, and surf fishing on the Outer Banks of NC.
