Connie is the most skillful, professional and patient individual I have had the pleasure of working with. I am a repeat client, and when I came to Connie, with the need to sell my tenant occupied home, there was zero resistance or hesitation.

She expressed compassion, empathy, and clearly communicated while working with all parties involved. I truly appreciate her level of grace and class as situation’s arose.

Additionally, I simultaneously needed to relocate to another state and purchase a new home. Connie was able to connect me with a local agent and we closed on both homes within a matter of weeks.

Connie is very in tune with what a client needs before you know you need it. She is transparent, knowledgeable and truly has her clients best interest at heart. One of a kind!

Connie Melton is one of the most skillful and thoughtful professionals I have ever worked with. My wife connected with Connie two years before closing on this house--not because it took so long to find the right place, but because we were not moving to the area until the distant future. Connie understood this, and catered to our long-term plan. She listened intently to our desires, in terms of school districts, neighborhood look-and-feel, and house specifics. She was steady with recommendations and advice, and helped us continue to narrow down toward the perfect home.

During this process, my wife passed away from a long-time battle with cancer. This may be a strange item to bring up in a realtor review, but it's relevant because Connie continued to work with me with no issues, helping realize my wife's dream of our family having a beautiful home in a beautiful city.

I'm happy to say that we found our dream home, and we cannot wait to begin our next chapter. And Connie Melton was the one who made this dream possible. For anyone looking to buy a home, I give Connie my highest possible recommendation. She's a talented, hard-working, diligent realtor who ALWAYS represents her clients' needs. Connie is incredible.
