My skills have been honed through years of experience - since 2005 in real estate sales, and in 2011 I added property management. I am familiar with the nuances of any real estate transaction: from buying and selling, to renting and investing.

In the ever-changing real estate landscape, it is crucial to stay up to date on laws, practices, and procedures. That’s why I am committed to increasing my knowledge by attending various Continuing Education courses and acquiring specialty designations, such as those offered in Short Sales & Loss Mitigation, the rank of Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and most recently GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute).
