Connor Matthews

Connor Matthews is a third-generation Realtor who brings a fresh perspective, strong work ethic, and deep community roots to his real estate career. Born and raised in Eugene, Connor attended South Eugene High School and went on to graduate from the University of Oregon in 2018 with a degree in Geography. Growing up in a real estate family instilled in him a natural understanding of the business, along with a wealth of family knowledge and resources to draw upon.
Before joining Home Realty Group in June 2023, Connor built a wide-ranging professional background that honed his interpersonal and problem-solving skills. He began working at age sixteen at local favorite Hiron’s, quickly earning promotions and advancing to a pharmacy technician role. While at the University of Oregon, Connor transitioned to hospitality and bartending—work that further refined his ability to connect with people, adapt to fast-paced environments, and deliver exceptional service.
Connor approaches real estate with an entrepreneurial spirit and a balance of diligence, pragmatism, and care. He excels at problem solving and approaches challenges with creativity and follow-through. As a homeowner himself, Connor enjoys tackling his own home improvement projects—an experience that gives him a firsthand understanding of property ownership, maintenance, and value. He’s known for being a good listener, a thoughtful communicator, and a professional guided by strong moral and ethical principles.
Outside of work, Connor is an avid outdoor enthusiast who spends his free time fly fishing, playing disc golf, and coaching University of Oregon men’s Ultimate Frisbee team. Whether helping clients navigate the real estate process or exploring Oregon’s rivers and trails, Connor throws himself wholeheartedly into everything he does.
