About Connor

Connor, and those closest to him, have always known Connor belongs in real estate. A strong passion founded by his grandfather, a custom home builder/developer and architect, had him on new home sites as soon as he could walk and talk. Never afraid to offer his input on his grandfathers projects, Connor found himself with a project of his own at age 19 when he purchased his first home in SW Washington. Intended to be a quick flip, it turned into an extensive rehab, which Connor managed full time. Though the process was complex and disheartening at times it only solidified his ambition and passion for everything real estate. Connor enjoyed working in hospitality during his high school years at one of the most prestigious country clubs on the west coast, located in Portland. He quickly learned how to cater to the unique needs and desires of each individual member. This experience was imperative and played a large part in his later success in high line automotive sales where he flourished for several years. Quickly becoming an awarded top producer he acquired strong negotiating and marketing skills, along with an extensive understanding of loans and financing processes which would carry over to help him with a new career in real estate. After turning off the engine to his automotive career Connor left SW Washington where he was born and raised, relocating to the island of Kaua’i, Hawaii. Here he quickly obtained his Hawaii real estate license where he sold fractional ownership property representing a large resort developer across the Hawaiian islands. While he enjoyed everything life in paradise had to offer, he knew it was time to follow his true passion and build a full time career in residential real estate back where it all started.
