Conor Fahey

Conor Fahey is a dedicated real estate professional serving the San Francisco Bay Area, with a focus on Contra Costa and Alameda Counties.

Originally from New York City, the Bay Area quickly became his adopted home. He attended high school in San Ramon before earning his Bachelor’s in Communication from San Francisco State University.

With almost a decade of experience, Conor has helped acquire numerous projects for seasoned investors while also guiding first-time buyers in securing their nest egg. Known for his commitment to clients, he consistently goes above and beyond to negotiate favorable deals and expertly navigate the purchase process from initial negotiations to closing escrow.

Conor currently serves clients as a Sales Counselor with Meritage Homes, overseeing and representing communities across the San Francisco East Bay, primarily in Antioch, Oakley, and Brentwood. In this role, he guides buyers through the entire new construction process, from homesite selection and builder options to financing strategies and closing. His position provides clients with a unique advantage through direct insight into builder inventory, pricing, and incentives.

When he’s not working with buyers or touring communities, Conor enjoys traveling with his wife and daughter, Rylie. In his free time, he can often be found hiking with their goldendoodle, attending baseball games, or snowboarding. His dedication to clients and genuine enthusiasm for real estate make him a trusted advisor in the Bay Area market.
