Constance Baynard

I am a real estate agent who works with home buyers and sellers. For the past 15 years, I have developed a career in sales and mastered the art of negotiation. I have always had a passion for Real Estate, but was never able to pursue the career because of the demands of being a full-time employee, wife, and mother. When the opportunity to go into real estate became available, I seized it! As a South Fulton native, I witnessed its great transformation – from the rural south and desolate downtown into a progressive metropolitan city that retains its small-town feel. My intimate knowledge of this region, and my experiences of having lived here for the majority of my life give me enthusiasm and a desire to make my home, your home.
