Your patience, persistence and professionalism were keys to helping us identify and blend the many requirements of merging our families across states to a house that is our new multigenerational home. We bought our first house through Constance 8 years ago and were thoroughly impressed, which is why when we decided we had outgrown that home it was a no-brainer to seek out her expertise yet again. To say the process of selling and buying a home is stressful is an understatement but with Constance's calm demeanor and experience the majority of our stress was making sure we moved out of our old home in time. I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to have a knowledgeable realtor on your side when buying and selling a home. She was able to come through for us in finding a new home that fit our picky requirements. I feel that with Constance we were able to get top dollar for our old home and purchase our new one at a steal of a deal (even in a seller's market!).

Constance honestly had my best interest in mind as a first time home buyer and was ahead of the game at every step, walking me through everything. I went into this whole process, just wondering if I'd be able to buy my first home or have to continue renting a while longer. She came with a strong referral from friends and I will do the same down the road as I'm now living in a better home than I ever imagined I'd be in. The market was crazy this summer and on top of it we were gone a week during the whole process and she still got me in my dream house ahead of schedule.
