About Constantine

Lincensed in 2000, Constantine Glaros has been helping his clients buy, sell and lease their real estate for over 19 years. While attending The Ohio State University, Constantine worked for one of the largest landlords in Columbus. He quickly realized his love for real estate and helping people accomplish their goals. Upon graduation, Constantine quickly earned his state real estate license and began to work. Within a few years, he had earned the "Graduate Real Estate Institute" designation. Aside from real estate, Constantine is also a landlord and in his free time, rehabs distressed properties. His knowledge of the real estate industry and construction is an asset any buyer or seller could not do without!

Constantine Glaros was extremely honest witch is one quality we wanted in an agent. It did not take too long for us to completely trust him to have our best interest. What impressed us the most was that Constantine Glaros knows the housing market very well and for each of the neighborhoods (multiple cities) we visited information on the following was provided to us: Property tax; routes to the freeway, city plan for new road constructions and much more. As the housing price is up, when we were looking for house, he answered all of our questions about resale value compare to what we are paying now. In this crazy housing market, Constantine Glaros found the time to be available to us to answer questions and show us all the houses we liked. Constantine Glaros kept us going and we found the house we really love. Constantine Glaros has become like family to us.
