Energetic and enthusiastic, Constanze Cranfield redefines the real estate experience for her clients through hard work, perseverance and sheer determination. Born and raised in South Africa, she studied Law & Economics before moving to London as well as Shanghai to work in the marketing & advertising sector within high profile companies including Gucci, The Brand Union, and Microsoft. She is well versed in brand marketing and the importance of creating and fostering brand awareness, as well as the need for flawless planning & execution. She applies this expertise to her clients and their real estate endeavors.

Constanze works hard to make the most of every opportunity and loves creating authentic connections with those around her. Having lived on 4 continents, she has become well versed in dealing with people from different backgrounds and cultures, enabling her to be an excellent relocation source for clients transitioning both nationally and internationally to the Seattle area. Additionally, Constanze is trilingual and speaks English, German and Afrikaans.

Passionate about the outdoors, she loves spending time in nature with her 2 children and taking advantage of all that the beautiful Pacific Northwest has to offer. When she’s not working Constanze loves traveling, supporting local restaurants & businesses, appreciating live music - especially Indie rock, and volunteering in her community.
