Corey Liepelt

Corey has spent the greater part of his life in Ohio. He grew up in Dayton, went to school at the University of Cincinnati, and then moved to the Washington, DC, area where he met his wife, who hails from Findlay. Corey likes to say he had to move to DC to meet a nice Ohio girl!

After living through 9/11, the anthrax scare, and the DC Sniper, Corey and his wife decided a move back to Ohio sounded pretty good. They moved to Dublin in 2004 and has found Central Ohio to be a perfect fit for them and their two girls.

Corey is fascinated with real estate. It has been that way for him since he and his wife were married in 1999 and started looking for their first house, and he has never been able to shake it. That is why in 2016, Corey finally became a Realtor. He enjoys helping people realize their real estate dreams, whether that means buying for the first time, selling a long-time home, or anything in between. Corey is also an active real estate investor and house flipper, which means he brings a critical eye when looking at a house, and he has developed a network of contractors, inspectors, and other real estate professionals who he happily refers to help clients when necessary.

Corey loves to spend free time hanging out with family and friends, watching sports (go Bearcats!), and occasionally working in his wood shop or playing golf. As a one-time private pilot, Corey can also be caught from time to time staring into the sky to figure out what model of plane is flying overhead.
