Corey Richardson has been close to the beach his entire life but he is truly the happiest when he is within "hearing distance" of the ocean.

He worked his way through restaurants and learned every aspect of that industry. He learned everything he could about customer service so that one day he would have his own restaurant that would be known for the way people were treated. Some still say that could happen in the future.

Instead, Corey decided to take everything he learned and combine it with his true passion - real estate. His focus is still customer service but now his clients become his friends instead of dinner guests!
