Known for his marketing savvy, technological expertise, and negotiation prowess, Corey Schwartz has garnered a reputation as a Miami real estate leader since 2004.
Corey’s honors include membership in the Master Broker Forum, an elite organization composed of South Florida top residential real estate professionals, and being voted “Best Team” by Miami Agent Magazine. He has been the keynote speaker at several industry events, including “Future Stars of Real Estate: Top Producers Under 40” and “Rentals Pay the Bills.” Corey was featured in Top Agent Magazine for his feats as a prominent agent and won the HomeLight Top Negotiator Award. He was equally decorated at his previous brokerage, where he received Platinum Club recognition from 2015 through 2021, was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2016, and earned the Distinguished Service Award in 2018.
But Corey has achieved his industry accolades by valuing relationships over transactions. His real estate clients benefit from his initiative and well-rounded experience in marketing, business, and sales. After graduating at the top of his class from the University of Miami’s entrepreneurship program, he held positions as a Corporate Sales Executive for the Miami Heat basketball organization and a Director of Marketing for the University of Miami before earning his real estate license.
Leveraging his versatile skill set, Corey found his true calling helping people buy and sell homes, eventually launching two innovative real estate brands. The 305 Homes Team is an award-winning group of agents who assist clients with buying and selling luxury properties throughout South Florida. Prior to starting 305 Homes, Corey founded College Town Living in 2006 to help students, parents, alumni, employees, and property owners buy, sell, and rent homes near the University of Miami. The company has become the most recognizable provider of collegiate real estate services in Coral Gables and the neighboring communities.
Although he enjoys the competitive nature of the industry — relishing the challenge of finding a deal and winning a negotiation — his work is always guided by kindness and generosity. He treats all clients equally and continually develops his expertise to better serve them. To that end, Corey has previously earned certifications in luxury home marketing and distressed properties, and he specializes in working with sports and entertainment customers.
Corey believes in preserving a work-life balance and prioritizes time with his wife, Michelle, and his children, Jordana and Leo. He loves all things sports-related and gives back to his community by serving as the President of his Homeowners Association, Vice President of the PTA at his children’s school, and a University of Miami Business School mentor.
