Corinne was so helpful in all arenas of the complicated experience of selling real estate. I had no idea the amount of hoops that are needed to jump through for a sake to go through! Corinne was encouraging and so helpful , kind ,and understanding , as well as realistic through the many stages of the process . Corinne and I go back 20 years. She sold me my first house. I called her again to help with the sale of the house. She was as always kind and professional. I was living in Florida at the time and was not able to go back to Greenfield Ma. That is where my home was located. She took her time advising me as to what would help prepare the home for sale. We kept in constant communication to make sure it all went as planned. She got the house ready in record time. Once it was on the market it was picked up in a snap.
