Because it was important to me that my sons be involved in the process, I especially appreciated the way Corinne kept all of us connected, informed, and working together, even with one son living out of state. Exceptional home market knowledge with wonderful and timely communication skills. As anyone knows, buying and/or selling a home is a stressful time in one's life. That's where Corinne Fitzgerald has one of her shining moments. She is so organized in all areas of the entire process, communicating with us all along the way so we knew where we stood each night. She works extremely well with everyone involved in the moving process, other realtors, inspectors, town administrators, etc. We never had to worry about Corinne speaking in our behalf. Her professionalism is unwavering.
She did a wonderful job helping show us how to stage our home to put it on the market. She held a very successful Open House, and our home sold in less than 2 weeks with a close to a full price offer.
We still, at this point, heard from Corinne every day. Her post transaction service showed as much dedication. She made sure everything that was needed for our closing was going to happen in a timely manner.

Everything you want in a realtor. My family has now used Corinne four times (sale of mother-in-law house on entering assisted living, purchase of house by our daughter and for two house sales for my aunt's estate and mother's estate). Each time removing a lot of stress from the overall process. Corinne knows her market, she keeps you informed (yes, she even returns your calls) and assists with items pertained to the sale. She is also a great source to put you in touch with other services you might need (the clean out company she suggested was super).
