Corinne was fantastic! Trust me, if you work with CENTURY 21 please work with Corinne. She was so personable, friendly, polite, just overall wonderful. She is a hard worker and will find you the right home!

Corinne was an incredible real estate agent. She was available for every open house or showing that I wanted to see, even a few that were last minute. She emphasized the importance of seeing as many properties as possible, even if I didn't think I was very interested, so I could start to learn neighborhoods and get a feel for what I was really looking for. She is the one who added the home I purchased to our tour one day, even though I had not noticed the listing yet. She noticed it, realized I might like it, and encouraged us to go view it. That's the home I fell in love with, and the home I just moved into! I would not be there without Corinne and her expertise. :)

Corinne was always professional, kind, and accessible. I felt comfortable texting her when new properties came up that I was interested in, and we communicated often through text, email and by phone. She was very patient with me, even when it meant driving all over northern Virginia during rush hour in the cold rain. One Saturday morning, I woke up and saw what I thought was my dream home, and even though Corinne and I did not have plans to meet that day, she moved around her own personal schedule so she could view the property with me that afternoon.

Corinne was also a strong negotiator in this tough market. We worked together to strategize the best way to win a bid, and she was very open and honest with what it would take to get a ratified contract. Because she so clearly explained the process and the market today, I felt like I had all of the information at my fingertips to make the best financial decisions for myself. I really appreciated her expertise in all of these aspects. I honestly can't imagine a more dedicated person to work with, and I'm going to miss our time together now that I'm getting settled into my new home!
