Such an awesome agent. We approached her to buy our first home about 4 years ago. She was so patient with us and held on to our Hope's of buying a home for an entire year before finally finding our house. Answered so many questions and was always available with in minutes to us. She is one of the best realtors I've met and such an amazing person!

I cannot say enough great things about Cornelia Matache. She was not recommended, i found her online, b/c I had a very specific area that i wanted to live in. i looked up her record, and her reviews did not lie. She was a perfect match for me.
I am /was a first time home buyer, and like many I was very intimidated by the process, the terms, etc. Cornelia was responsive, patient, and always came prepared to the showings. She knew when to push, and when to pull back.
If you want an honest, professional Realtor, with great negotiating
skills. I highly recommend Cornelia, she treats you fairly, intuitive and wonderful people skills. She has a good sales records, and knows the value of real estate. i made a wonderful buy, with her help and guidance.
