We listed our home in Oceanside, CA in February with Cornelia who made everything possible to make sure it looked its best once the listing went live. She did a phenomenal job with the staging and the images her photographer took for the ad. She was very thorough throughout the entire process, keeping us informed every step of the way...something I personally really appreciated. She answers her phone every single time. The home was under contract 3 days after it was listed and an open house was held that drew 100 visitors in one day. It sold for top dollar and we ended up receiving $40K above the asking price. Cornelia's professional negotiation skills even garnered a back up offer in the event the first one fell through. We closed within 14 days because it was a cash deal. Cornelia could not have made the process any smoother and stress free. I will definitely employ her services in the future for all of my RE needs. Thank you, Cornelia! And thank you for all of the "extras" you agreed to do along the way that were not in the Listing Agreement!
