I have been a full time residential real estate professional for over 11 years. I grew up in the San Fernando Valley and have lived in Woodland Hills for over 27 years.
I have earned the California Association of Realtors Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) by completing 15 intensive course series of live lectures designed to improve marketing and negotiating skills, learn the latest in technology, provide an understanding of the new disclosures and legal aspects of real estate, and stay on top of the latest trends in financing.
I am a member of the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council and have earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation. I have traditional skills valued by buyers and sellers such as negotiation, communication, pointing out potential “red flags” to avoid problems (whether buying or selling), paperwork guidance, and being your advocate. I carefully evaluate your home, its competition, and current market conditions. I coordinate extensive internet advertising, including a custom property web site which links to YouTube and Facebook. I contact my clients regularly with feedback and updates. I coordinate all activities required to close the transaction such as following up with the escrow company, real estate agents, and mortgage brokers. My goal is to eliminate the stress of buying or selling your home.
