Cort is a very professional and intelligent person. We had been on a house hunt for almost a year because we had been looking at a particular area and he was very patient with us during this whole process. I am and will always be grateful to him and his staff’s assistance throughout the home buying process.

Our relationship with Cort means so much that it was just an easy text to him and he always finds time to view property! Also, he is a kindhearted, funny and caring person. I would strongly recommend Cort as a real estate agent if you are a 1st-time home buyer or for any other reason. Cort is hands down the BEST and a master of his crafts!

I have worked with Cort in selling two houses and also buying two houses. I cannot recommend him enough. He makes the process fun and I feel like throughout the professional process, he becomes a friend. Cort is incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the real estate field. Hands down the best person to not only be great at his job but also awesome to be around. If you dont have idea a what you were doin, he explains everything. Really cares about the quality of what your looking to buy and won't steer you into something if doesn't look like a good idea. I say 10/10, this is who you want to trust with such a big decision. Cort was awesome to work with. He was recommended to me by my parents (he helped them sell one house and buy another) and they had nothing but great things to say about him; the most important being that he is honest and not just looking for a quick sale. Cort helped me in getting an appraisal on a family property and was able to do everything we needed (even though we weren't 100% sure what we actually needed). He explained the entire process, had a quick turnaround, and always responded to texts and phone calls right away. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of an agent.
