I’m Cortney Franklin, a proud member of the Pam Harrington Exclusives team and our office’s dedicated Johns Island advisor. After years of helping clients navigate this unique and growing community, I’m excited to bring my local expertise to a company so deeply rooted in the Lowcountry. In addition to Johns Island, I also work with buyers and sellers on Kiawah and Seabrook Islands, offering well-rounded insight across these sought-after coastal markets.

Married to a Lowcountry custom home builder, I bring a unique perspective to the real estate process. Working closely with my husband gives me valuable insight into home construction, design, and quality—allowing me to confidently guide clients and match families with homes that truly support their lifestyle and long-term goals.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration with a minor in Human Resources and have a deep-rooted passion for helping others. My professional background includes working with U.S. Navy and Air Force servicemen and women, supporting families with children who have disabilities. This experience shaped my empathetic, detail-oriented approach and ensures every client feels heard, supported, and empowered throughout their real estate journey.

Outside of work, I cherish time with my husband and children. From beach days and mountain ski trips to backyard soccer and frisbee, I value the family-centered lifestyle Charleston offers. I currently live on Johns Island and am proud to help others call this incredible community home.
