Cory helped my wife and I find our first house and after working with him I can safely say he is one of the best. Our experience with Cory was awesome, we were having difficulty finding a house in New Haven where we ultimately wanted to live as the homes in our price range were only on the market a few days. After looking with not much luck we decided to look in Hermann and Gerald for houses. Cory did not hesitate to entertain our request to see 5 houses in one day, on top of that a house came to market in New Haven the day before we had scheduled our day of house hunting and he was eager to move his schedule around so that we could see it also. This is the house that we ended up buying and Cory was able to help us negotiate a very good price along with an expedited closing process. Cory is definitely willing to go the extra mile for his clients and we will definitely be calling him first if/when we are in the market for a new house.

Working with Cory as a first time home buyer was a great overall experience. He really knew his stuff and went above and beyond to make our home search and eventual purchase a smooth experience.

With his wide range of experience in rental income properties, Cory was able to answer our questions of interest in that vein of the real estate market from personal experience. He was also very knowledgeable of older homes and construction in general. This was great for buyers like us, who want to do most needed improvements/work ourselves.

We would recommend Cory to anyone looking to buy, but even more so to someone interested in getting involved in passive income through rental properties or purchasing an older home!
