We used Corey to not only sell our home but build our new home. He was there every step of the way. He helped in ways that I don’t wish on anyone as our new build was burned to the ground. He guided us through the whole process of restarting the building of the house. Dealt with all of the issues that we could not. He was truly one of a kind. Our build was in 2020.

Cory is terrific to work with in buying a property that meets all your needs... and your wish list as well!! He kept me in mind when the next property became available and worked hard to make both seller and buyer pleased with the purchase agreement. He lined up the inspection and set up Title Company arrangements so that it was a quick close and immediate possession.
Most importantly, Cory answered every single question I had the same day or the next, and researched covenants to our extreme satisfaction.

Cory did an incredible job selling my home with multiple offers in one day. He took the time to guide me through preparing my home for the market and even had professional photography done so when we listed we had several great offers in just hours.
