Cory Mayo prides himself on his “client first” focus which has allowed him to excel throughout his professional career. His background in sales and marketing as well as enthusiasm for customer service is what led him to the real estate industry!
Cory is a native of the suburbs of Philadelphia, the small town of Swarthmore. He attended Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology and was awarded high honors throughout his schooling.
Before becoming a REALTOR®, Cory was the Director of Marketing for a regional builder in Coastal Delaware. Because of this experience, he has a vast knowledge of new construction, helping his clients navigate the process of building with ease and confidence.
Some of Cory’s other passions include cycling, fishing, Jeeping, and spending time at the beach. He has true love for the area, which is what brought him here. A family-oriented person, Cory also enjoys spending time with his wife and two young daughters.
Since 2014, Cory has been Captain for Team NPC, a cycling team with the mission to find a cure for Niemann Pick Type C, a rare terminal genetic disease. His team has collectively raised $600,000 which has funded more than twelve clinical studies.
