Cory Neumann is a top producing agent in New Fairfield and the greater Danbury area. Cory is part of the third generation of the Neumann family, and has one standard he lives by; be available to your clients 7 days a week, and around the clock.

"I was born and raised in New Fairfield, Connecticut. I knew at a young age that I wanted to follow in my father's and family's footsteps, and focused myself on building a career in Real Estate. So, at 18 years old, I received my Real Estate Salesperson license and begin working fulltime for our firm Neumann Real Estate.

A few sales in, I was addicted. I loved the interaction, the competitive nature of the industry, and being of a service to someone in what is sometimes a very emotional milestone in life. I knew that I wanted to dedicate my life to Real Estate, and that I did. My first year in the business I was awarded the "Rookie of the Year" award by the Northern Fairfield County Association of Realtors. Now a few years later, I've become a dominate agent in the area and rank as a top producer.

I was always told to work with honesty, integrity, and from the heart. And that I do. Catering to your clients' needs and keeping them in constant communication is crucial to be successful in this industry.

Cory's grandfather, Harry Neumann, started the prominent Real Estate firm in 1969. Harrys children, Jeff, Chip, Russ, Bob and Shaylene joined the firm, and now own and operate the business. All 5 of the partners are fulltime agents and producers. Cory joined the firm in 2012, and his cousins Kyle and Heather joined shortly after.

Neumann Real Estate has 2 offices; New Fairfield and Ridgefield. The company is the dominate firm in the area and continues to grow stronger and stronger. Cory is a resident of New Fairfield, and enjoy the beautiful town and everything it has to offer.

Cory serves for the town of New Fairfield's Planning Commission, after being elected in 2017. He also serves for the Regional Hospice New Fairfield/Sherman committee, where he helps organize the annual fundraising breakfast. Cory is very involved in the town and with its residents!
