Cory Wells

I have been working in Real Estate in the Inland Empire for over 15 years. I first started when I was purchasing my first home and my Realtor went on VACATION! Well while she was gone I fumbled my way through it. We eventually closed escrow and my Realtor offered me a job. I worked with her doing paperwork and data input part time for a year. A local husband and wife team were looking for an assistant. I started off working for them about 10 hours a week doing their paperwork and data entry. Eventually the hours doubled and doubled again until I was working full time still working in the office. Working in the office there are certain duties that I was not allowed to do without a license. So in 2005 I completed Real Estate School and took my test for my license. I have been helping buyers and sellers purchase and sell properties ever since.
