Cosmin started his career in real estate over a decade ago. In a time when many agents were leaving the business during one of the worst recessions the United States has ever seen, he decided to launch his new career. With a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and over 12 years in sales, he knew in his heart that he had made a wise decision when he joined Keller Williams Realty - Lakeside Market Center (KWL) the Number 1 Training Company in any industry. From day one in the real estate industry, he used his knowledge of negotiating, leading and teaching others by joining the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) at Keller Williams Realty - Lakeside Market Center. Over the years, he ran many committees of the ALC from Technology and Growth to Career Development and even Finance. The last ten years have been unprecedented growth, Keller Williams Realty International becoming the number ONE real estate company in the world with over 180,000 agents worldwide.
